- NVIDIA Corporation NVDA Filed an S-3 registration statement with the SEC and applied for a mixed shelf sale of up to $10 billion. Nvidia’s stock fell 1.7% to $228.20 in the after-hours trading session.
- analysts expect Loews Companies Inc. low Last quarter earnings were $22.69 billion, earning $2.21 per share. The company announces earnings before the market opens. Lowe’s stock fell 0.9% to $204.00 in after-hours trading.

- HP Corporation HPQ reported better-than-expected earnings in the first quarter on Tuesday. The company expects adjusted earnings of $0.73 to $0.83 per share in the second quarter and adjusted earnings of $3.20 to $3.60 per share in 2023, the company said. HP shares rose 3.3% to $30.50 in after-hours trading.
